followed by the third release of the series, with UK dub master
and Meteosound resident, JOHN BOLLETON aka THE ROOTSMAN, giving us a short
preview on the 'New Testament' follow-up album, going to be released in
September 2003.
THE ROOTSMAN - Showcase EP presents two great vocalists and Jamaican legends
on UK future roots-dubs. Studio One King HORACE ANDY - world
wide known for his vocal contributions for MASSIVE ATTACK - spins
his sensitive words on another great ROOTSMAN Arab-dubstyle riddem.
Both linking up in best quality, one can feel the energy by HORACE ANDY
and ROOTSMAN joining this new (Testament) sound of r'n'b/hip hop influenced
modern roots production. The flipside production is a DENNIS BROWN cover
called 'Blood, Sweat And Tears' by the invincible MC BOBBY BLUE. This
big tune takes a deep breath of history and soul.
